How to Begin

  1. Request an initial consultation to speak with a clinician of your choice by putting yourself directly on one of our calendars using the link below. 
  2. We talk briefly about what is bringing you in, what kind of support you are looking for, and whether individual or couples work makes the most sense.
  3. If it feels like a fit, we schedule the first full session.
  4. If it does not, you still leave with more clarity and direction than you had before.

What the First Individual Session Looks Like

You do not need to tell your whole story in perfect order. The first session is focused, practical, and paced. We start with what is happening now, what it is costing you, and what would need to change for therapy to feel worthwhile.

The first couples session is focused, practical, and structured. We begin by clarifying what is happening between you, what patterns keep repeating, and what each of you hopes will change. You will not be pushed into a performative “share your feelings” exercise before the work feels grounded and useful.

  • In-person in Greenwood Village
  • In-state secure telehealth anywhere in Colorado 
  • Out-of-state secure telehealth for anyone who lives in a participating PSYPACT state through Dr. Tyson.
  • (Excluded states: Alaska, Hawaii, California, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands)
