The first couples session is focused, practical, and structured. We begin by clarifying what is happening between you, what patterns keep repeating, and what each of you hopes will change. You will not be pushed into a performative “share your feelings” exercise before the work feels grounded and useful.
This practice is built for high-stress career professionals, first responders, military, veterans, spouses and partners, and other adults living under prolonged pressure, trauma exposure, burnout, emotional overcontrol, or relationship strain.
