Training is one of the fastest ways to shift culture when it’s credible, practical, and speaks the language of the profession.
Led and developed by Dr. Tyson, we provide trainings for agencies and groups with topics including post‑trauma growth, responder wellness, and relationship resiliency for service‑oriented careers.
We don’t deliver “off-the-shelf” trainings. We build trainings the same way we approach clinical work: start with your agency’s reality, clarify the operational goal, and design content that fits your culture, policies, staffing, and current pain points.
Drawing on our background in public safety wellness, crisis consultation, and responder-focused clinical care, we can deliver anything from roll-call micro-modules to multi-day programs- with scenario work, practical tools, and a clear implementation plan.
Examples of trainings we can provide include new supervisor training from line-level staff to executive leadership, peer support training and program development, building or refining negotiator programs or CIT training, couples resiliency classes, and post-trauma growth trainings tailored to your teams and call types.
